How it works ?


Library Flowchart

  1. Enter your school name, address and other details in the Institute Setup, which will be displayed on the header portion of all your reports & receipts.
  2. Enter the class & section in Class Division Creation.
  3. Create Category Name and Categorize the Class as per your requirement in Class Category Setup.
  4. Enter the required details in Student Creation to admit the student in your school.
  5. Put Division Allotment entry for those students by assigning the class & division through Student Division Allotment entry
  6. Enter the required details in Staff Creation to Join the Staff(s) in your school.
  7. If you need to extend library transaction who are not coming under the Institution , then you can create those person details in Borrower Master.
  8. Enter the details in Book Master to create Items in your School.
  9. Categorize Items as per the Language, Category, Subcategory, Type, Cover type, Purchase Type, Author and Publisher and create those names in their corresponding Masters.
  10. Set Fines and Due days for Student , staff and Borrower ( General ) based on the book type in Book Fine / Due Days Setting.
  11. Set No. of Books to be issued, No Renewal allowed and Hold Periods for Staff , Student and Borrower in Option Screen.
  12. Now You can Issue the Book to Staff / Students / Others ( Borrower ) through Book Issue Screen by Enter the Admission No. / Id and Accession No. / Barcode No. of the Item(s).
  13. Return the issued Item(s) through Book Return Screen .
  14. If you want to hold Specific item(s) for specific Student / Staff / Others, put through Book Hold Screen.
  15. If you want to reserve specific item(s) for specific Student / Staff / Others, put through Book Reservation Screen.
  16. If any item is lost Or damaged , Enter the Lost / Damaged item(s) details in Book Lost / Damage Entry Screen.
  17. If any item is Scrapped, Enter the scrapped item(s) details in Book Scrap Entry Screen.

  1. User can Set No. of Items to Issue, No. of Times renewal Allowed and Hold Periods.
  2. Item cannot leave Library Settings.
  3. Fine Due days Setting based on Book Type.
